What Are Your Return Policies?
  Wedding Gown Return Policy

We are so confident that you will adore your wedding dress that we are offering a money-back guarantee on all of our gowns.  This is unheard of amongst bridal retailers and plain insane in the world of couture.  Why are we offering this? Because we know that you will love your gown and that it will fit perfectly.  If not, return it to us for a refund minus a small 15% restocking fee. You must inform us of your intention to return your gown within one week of receiving it.  This is calculated from the time of receipt as captured by the carrier, e.g UPS.  The gown must arrive in the condition it was sent and in the original packaging.  You are responsible for the return shipping fees and insurance.

Orders can be canceled within the first 48 hours of placement with no penalty.  Subsequent cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the dress price.  Design sketches are non-refundable.

Before returning your gown, e-mail return@customcouturebridal.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA#).  Clearly print the RA# on the outside of the package. We are unable to process returns/exchanges without such a return code.  Package the gown in all original packaging.  For your security please return item(s) with an insured courier and retain your shipping receipt.  We are not responsible for  returned items lost or damaged in transit.  For customs purposes your dress must be declared as "returned merchandise, not for sale."  If not, customs fees and taxes will be charged and these will be deducted from your refund.  Once your gown is received in good condition, your refund will be processed.

If your gown is damaged during shipping to you, it is fully insured. Please contact us in this unlikely eventuality.  We will rush you a replacement gown and you will not pay any duplicate shipping fees.  If your weight has changed since you took your measurements and your gown no longer fits, it is your responsibility to have the gown altered. We build in one-inch seam allowances to facilitate this process. When taking your measurements always round up instead of down.   It is easier to take the gown in than to let it out.  If your weight tends to fluctuate by more than 5lbs in either direction (10 lbs total range),  in short periods of time we recommend that you opt for a corset (lace-up) gown since they are surprisingly forgiving in terms of fit.


Jewelry Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority.  All jewelry and gift certificates are 100% refundable by following the procedure below. 

Jewelry may be returned for a REFUND, CREDIT, or EXCHANGE within 21 days from the shipping date. That's it - no questions asked!  In order for refund, credit, or exchange to be granted, all items purchased must be returned in their original packaging.  There is no time-limit to return a gift certificate, and no need to physically return it.  It will be managed through our systems.

When an order is returned to us marked "return to sender" or because of address error on the part of the customer, we will charge the customer for the return shipping charges.  If the customer requests the item to be shipped back to a correct address the recipient will be charged such additional shipping fees.  When an order is processed and shipped to a customer and the package is returned marked “refused” or “no signature” by the courier after several delivery attempts and was held at the courier for a specified time for the customer to pick up, the recipient will be charged for the return shipping.
