The central pink cubic zirconia is cushion-cut and held by four sturdy prongs. It is surrounded by brilliant-cut clear cubic zirconia.

Pictured here with the "Omega" chain, not included. Both pendant and earrings are made of 925 Sterling silver and perfect cubic zirconia (CZ). Necklace: 17.5" long and 5mm wide. Earrings: 6mm x 6mm; pendant: 17mm wide, 30mm tall including loop.
