Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. All jewelry and gift certificates are 100% refundable by following the procedure below.
Jewelry may be returned for a REFUND, CREDIT, or EXCHANGE within 21 days from the shipping date.
That's it - no questions asked! In order for refund, credit, or exchange to be granted, all items purchased must be returned in their original packaging. There is no time-limit to return a gift certificate, and no need to physically return it. It will managed through our systems.
Before returning an item, e-mail return@customcouturebridal.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Clearly print the RA# on
the outside of the package. We are unable to process returns/exchanges without such a return code. For your security please return item(s) with an insured courier and retain your shipping receipt. We are not responsible for returned item(s) lost or damaged in transit.
When an order is returned to us marked "return to sender" or because of address error on the part of the customer, we will charge the customer for the return shipping charges. If the customer requests the item to be shipped back to a correct address the recipient will be charged such additional shipping fees.
When an order is processed and shipped to a customer and the package is returned marked “refused” or “no signature” by the courier after several delivery attempts and was held at the courier for a specified time for the customer to pick up, the recipient will be charged for the return shipping.
